No. Currently, we only accept online purchase with credit card payments and Paypal. The secured payment is handled by the highly reputated PayPal and Worldpay. Please feel safe and enjoy the convenience while shopping with us.

How to return for exchange / refund?
At Factoryretails.com, your satisfaction is paramount - you will always enjoy a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. It works very simple. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a FULL REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value. However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post. When will I expect my order to arrive? How to track my order?
Over 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, provided that all necessary shipping information for shipment is properly filled out. All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or EMS or UPS. When shipment is sent out, we will send email notification to all our customers including tracking number for your order. Transit time will usually be 4 to 7 business days although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks. All orders can be tracked from the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.
